Important Notes:

• Deadline is July 20 and will not be extended. 

• Entry fees are refunded if you win another F&F title prior to the July 20 deadline.

• The number of candidates is limited due to space.

• Newly crowned royalty is expected to reign over the fair, so plan travel accordingly to be ready and available. 

• Queen attends WVAFF pageant in Charleston, WV.

• Queen receives $250 cash prize the night of the pageant, and a $1000 scholarship prize upon the completion of her reign.

• Miss WV USA options available for Queen, but not required.

  - Attire can be any shade of green
  - Group promo lines are provided in advance (Queen division only)

• Formal Evening Gown
  - Gator bowl questions (Queen division only)
   

Additional Awards: (separate from the pageant judges)

• Congeniality (voted by contestants)

• Photogenic & Most Beautiful (selected by KI Photography Club)

• Community Service & Leadership (selected from applications by a separate panel)

• Parade Personality (selected by parade attendees)

• Fan Favorite (Pageant fundraiser - $1 per vote and may be collected in advance or during the pageant)
   

Schedule of Events:​​

• Official contract and additional details are sent to the email provided on the form below after the deadline.

• Interviews are Sunday, August 3 (location TBD), followed by rehearsal at the soundstage on the fairgrounds.

• Parade is Monday, August 4 (optional, not required and not judged), followed by introductions at the soundstage on the fairgrounds.

• Pageant is Tuesday, August 5 at 7pm at the soundstage on the fairgrounds.

Registration:

• Complete form below, submit and pay entry fee. 

• Photos may be emailed at a later date to the Director.

• Entry fees:
  - $150 for Mrs (21+ married):  at least 21 or older the week of the fair and married
  - $150 for Ms (21+ single):  at least 21 or older the week of the fair and single
  - $125 for Queen (16-21):  at least 16 the week of the fair, and no older than 21 on January 1 in the year following the fair
  - $100 for Teen (13-15):  at least 13, and no older than 15 the week of the fair
  Note:  Check with pageant director if birth date is close, or within a reasonable time frame, of the desired age division.​
