Class Details:
 

• Monday, Wednesday or Thursday night sessions available from 5-7 pm or 7-9 pm

• Individual, Small Group and Private Lessons available

• Age ranges are 5-7, 8-12, 13-17 and 18+ (A parent or guardian is encouraged and welcome to attend the class for any student under the age of 8.)

Note: Guest instructors are welcome to contact the gallery. Special class requests and recommendations are appreciated. Gallery reserves the right to change, select and adjust class schedule in order to meet demand, accommodate weather and other unforeseeable safety concerns or issues that may arise.

Current Course Offerings:

Private Art Lessons:
Private art lessons are available for most ages in painting, watercolor, drawing and other specialty areas. At the closing of the class, the students’ artwork is displayed in the gallery.

Kinder-vibes Art Class (5-7):

Kid-friendly, age-appropriate and fun subject matter designed to inspire imagination and creativity through a 2-month course of 10 (1-hour) sessions. In this class, students are entertained with introductory, theme-inspired arts and crafts projects. All necessary materials are included in the class fee. A parent or guardian is encouraged and welcome to attend.

 

Youth Nativibes Art Class (8-12):  
Kid-friendly, fun subject matter designed to inspire imagination and creativity through a 3-month course of 12 (2-hour) sessions. In this class, students develop skills and creative potential, with an understanding that children learn and retain more knowledge when they are engaged and entertained. Utilizing a multi-sensory teaching style, we strive to find the right projects to meet every child at their own personal level. All necessary materials are included in the class fee.

Find Your Nativibes Art Class (13-17):  
Inspire your imagination and creativity through the exploration of many art mediums during this 3-month course of 12 (2-hour) sessions. In this class, students are encouraged to hone their own skills and interests and expand their personal portfolios, all while enjoying the multi-sensory approach with Pleine Aire opportunities. All necessary materials needed are included in the class fee, but students are welcome to bring their own personal materials and supplies.

Adult Nativibes Art Class (18+):  
Discover a deeper sense of your own creativity through the exploration of many art mediums during this 3-month course of 12 (2-hour) sessions. In this class, students experience a more open-minded approach to learning through a variety of techniques that are more personalized for the student. Come ready to let your emotions out through your art and onto the canvas. All necessary materials needed are included in the class fee, but students are welcome to bring their own personal materials and supplies.

Note: The type of class, and the number of participants, determines awards and other types of recognition opportunities that may or may not include an exhibition, certificate, ribbon, social media and other web site promotion. Awards and recognition are offered at the instructor’s full discretion. All award decisions are final.

Gallery Hours:

 

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5-9 pm (closed on Tuesday) 

• Special Gallery Events hosted on Friday nights (watch for announcements on the Nativibes or Seeking Stars Art Facebook pages)

• Saturday & Sunday by appointment only or reserved for private parties and special events (must have reservation – 10% deposit required to reserve space)

 

Pricing:

 

• Individual Course Options:
  - $200 for 3-month course with 12 guaranteed (2-hour) sessions (best value)
  - $75 for 1-month of courses
  - $20 drop-in rate for any one-time class (allows students to try different classes before committing to a specific course)

• Kinder-vibes:
  - $100 for 2-month course of 10 (1-hour) sessions

• Private or Small Groups (4 or less):
  - $50 per hour

• Individual Private Session:
  - $35 per hour

• Art-themed Birthday Parties (with Resident Artist, Ben Kolb hosting):
  - $60 for 3-hours + $10 per child to cover necessary materials (minimum of 8 participants and paid on one bill at the time of booking)
  - Parties may bring in their party decorations, music, cake, ice cream, snacks and drinks. Small refrigerator on-site.
  - Don't forget utensils, plates and paper products.

• Private Events or Parties (birthdays, bachelorette, baby showers etc.,) or other space rental needs:
  - $20 per hour (3-hour minimum) + $25 clean-up fee
